  • We’ve got an entire page dedicated to that. Go check it out.

  • Check in is at 3 PM and check out is at 11 AM.

Requests for early check in and late check out can be submitted to staff at hello@thedubbeldutch.com or when making your reservation and will be accommodated based on availability.

  • Key codes for building and room entry will be sent to guests in a welcome email one day prior to arrival. You can call/text (414) 376-3439 or email hello@thedubbeldutch if you did not receive your welcome email or need your code resent.

  • Dubbel Dutch offers 7 self-park spots located directly behind our building. Guests may add a parking spot to their reservation at a rate of $35/night + tax, based on availability. Otherwise, there are alternative lots and street parking options around the hotel available.

  • Dubbel Dutch is dog friendly and has designated rooms for pets accompanying guests. Based on availability, guests may bring their pet with them on their stay for a $50 per night fee (+ tax).

Dubbel Dutch does not allow pets to be left unattended in guest rooms, requires that they be on a leash at all times in common areas, and are not allowed in the Tavern/coffee shop (other than ordering). Guests are asked to be courteous with waste clean up and will be responsible for any pet related damages.

  • Dubbel Dutch’s first floor is fully ADA Accessible, including our Tavern spaces, the public bathrooms, and our beautiful first floor King Suite. We have a vertical platform lift located at our back patio entrance. We have one designated accessible parking space (spot #1) located in our back of the building parking spaces.

Our double house was built in 1898 and has historic preservation designation, so there is no elevator. There are two guest rooms located on the first floor (our King Suite and 1 Classic Queen Room).

  • If we are not able to accommodate an early check in or late check out, we are happy to coordinate luggage storage with you. Simply let staff know by emailing us at hello@thedubbeldutch.com or making a note in your reservation at the time of booking.

  • At Dubbel Dutch we understand that cancelations may need to occur. We sincerely hope we can work together with you to postpone or reschedule your reservation; however, if cancellation is necessary please review our refund policy. Guest room reservations can be canceled without penalty 72 hours prior to check in (holiday and/or special event(s) exceptions may apply). After that time, a cancelation charge applies equal to one night's room rate plus tax. Please note that house buyout packages, room block agreements, and event agreements have their own cancelation policy. For dates marked as holidays and/or special event(s) a cancelation charge may be applied for the full amount due at the time of booking plus applicable tax regardless of advance notice.

Cancelations must be submitted online or in writing to Hello@TheDubbelDutch.com and are effective once you receive a cancelation confirmation email. If you booked on a third party website such as Expedia or AirBnB, reservations must be canceled through their website or platform (not with the hotel).
