Located on the first floor of The North House of The Dubbel Dutch, Agency is the nation’s first fully hybrid cocktail lounge, where every cocktail menu can be crafted either alcoholic or non-alcoholic.

A 2025 James Beard Finalist, Agency’s rotating, thematic experiential menus invite guests to a distinct concept through cocktails, presentation, and atmosphere, with the option to explore each drink through a full tasting menu or as individual cocktails. Dealer’s Choice offers a one-of-a-kind, bespoke cocktail created to order based on your preferences, where elevated classics offer a thoughtful take on familiar favorites.

In partnership with Agency, SINTA’s food menu rotates alongside each new Agency experiential menu, bringing Filipino inspiration into every dish. The menu features curated small plates designed to complement the current Agency experientials. Guests can experience the full collaboration through the Grand Tasting, which pairs the current cocktail experience with SINTA’s corresponding food menu. Every SINTA dish is also available a la carte, including their Filipino street food-inspired bar snacks for a more casual way to enjoy the menu alongside a drink.

Together, Agency and SINTA create an ever-changing experience where the cocktails and food evolve together.

While Agency and Sinta are a special part of the character and energy of this historic house, they operate independently from The Dubbel Dutch, with their own reservations, hours, and availability. 

Reservations are highly recommended and the only way to guarantee a spot. Their team will always do their best to accommodate walk-ins, but availability is never guaranteed, including for guests staying with us.
