By proceeding with this reservation, you accept and agree that the reservation, after confirmation by Dubbel Dutch LLC, shall follow and be held to the terms and conditions as listed below: It is important to us that each guest have the necessary information to make their stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Check In/Check Out
Dubbel Dutch utilizes a self check in system. Upon booking, guests will receive a confirmation email that includes an invitation to complete their customer profile and to check in online. One day prior to arrival a Welcome Email will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org with additional hotel information, room number, door key code, parking information, local recommendations, and other helpful resources that may be useful during your stay. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you may need assistance during your arrival and a Dubbel Dutch staff member can arrange to greet you upon arrival. Otherwise, simply scan your QR code from your confirmation email at our self check in kiosk or send us an email or text that you have arrived! At any time you need your door key code resent or any assistance during your stay call or text 414-376-3439 or email email@example.com.

- Early Check In/Out: Requests for early check in and/or late check out can be submitted to Dubbel Dutch staff and will be accommodated based on availability.
- Minimum Age to Register: 18 (Any minors staying on the property must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)
Dubbel Dutch will have posted building hours as well as tavern hours of operation. For hours the building is locked, key code access will be available to all guests. This key code will be sent prior to arrival; it will activate at 3pm on day of arrival and deactivate at 12pm on day of check out. Should you need assistance at any time entering the building, please contact Dubbel Dutch staff at 414-376-3439.
The entire first floor of the Dubbel Dutch building is fully ADA Accessible, including the tavern, public bathrooms, and beautiful first floor King Suite. We have a vertical platform lift located at our grotto entrance and we have an ADA Accessible parking space in the rear of the building. Our double house was built in 1898 so there is no elevator. Please coordinate with Dubbel Dutch staff for any assistance you may need during your stay.
Payment & Taxes
Payment will be processed in full at the time of reservation. Room rates do not include taxes or any additional fees for parking or pets. Each reservation is taxed based upon current city, county, and state tax regulations. Confirmation of your reservation and receipt of payment will be sent via email. Deposits are required for all half house, full house, or customized buyouts as well as any event space rental and will be included in guest contracts at the time of booking with Dubbel Dutch staff.
Please note that our payment gateway merchant utilizes a tokenized payment method to ensure complete security of guest card data and is 100% Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant to Data Security Standards.
At Dubbel Dutch we understand that cancellations may need to occur. We sincerely hope we can work together with you to postpone or reschedule your reservation however, if cancellation is necessary please review our refund policy below. Guest room reservations can be canceled without penalty 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. After that time, a cancellation charge applies equal to one night's room rate plus tax. In order to give guests more flexibility, if travel plans are affected at the last minute due to COVID-19 or Stay at Home orders, single room reservations can be canceled without penalty 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Please note that half house or whole house buyout packages have their own cancellation policy.
Dubbel Dutch offers complimentary high speed internet through Stamm Tech, which is equipped with encrypted enterprise class WIFI covering the entire property with simultaneous gigabit speed. Dubbel Dutch Guest WIFI password is located in guest rooms.
Dubbel Dutch is dog friendly! Based on availability, guests may bring their dog with them on their stay for a non-refundable deposit of $50 per night (max deposit $100). Dubbel Dutch does not allow pets to be left unattended in guest rooms, requires them to be on a leash at all times in common areas, and are not allowed in our tavern/restaurant areas. Guests are asked to be courteous with waste clean up and will be responsible for any pet related damages.
At Dubbel Dutch, certified service animals are welcomed. Please let Dubbel Dutch staff know if you plan to bring your service animal before your visit so that we can best assist you throughout your stay.
Dubbel Dutch offers 8 self-park spots behind the building. Depending on availability, guests may reserve a parking spot for their stay at a rate of $25 per night. Additional parking options include:

While hotel staff prioritize maintaining safety and security of the property, Dubbel Dutch is not liable for any theft or damages that may occur to guest vehicles. It is recommended that guests do not leave any valuables or personal belongings in their car when left unattended. Please alert the House Managers of any concerns you have at any time.
Each room is equipped with a TV and hair dryer. Irons, ironing boards, mini refrigerators, and white noise sound machines are available for check out upon request, subject to availability.
Please note: Each guest room is equipped with adjustable heat and air conditioning. Windows in the guest rooms are operable as well. Guests are responsible for closing any open windows when they leave the room.
Filtered water is available to guests 24/7 in the 1st floor sitting room. Simply use the glasses or pitcher provided in your room or we encourage guests to bring their own water bottle to fill up throughout their stay as we strive to be a one use plastic free hotel.
Coffee and hot water for tea is available to guests in the parlor. Simply use the mugs provided in your room or we encourage guests to bring their own reusable travel mug as we strive to be as waste free as possible. Glasses and mugs are available for purchase.
Luggage storage is available to guests free of charge for up to 24 hours. This can be coordinated with a House Manager.
Dubbel Dutch is a non-smoking building, which includes the front porch. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.
